Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty:
• 5 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty: XPENG G6 comes with a standard 5-year manufacturer’s
warranty, covering repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defects during the
warranty period.
• 8 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty (Battery & Powertrain): XPENG G6 also includes a
separate 8-year warranty on the battery and powertrain, ensuring protection for major
components.
Optional Extended Warranty:
• Optional 1-Year to 5-Year Warranty Extension on Parts: Customers may choose to extend the
standard 5-year warranty on car parts for an additional 5 years (for a total of 10 years),
subject to an additional cost. This optional warranty covers specific parts and components.
• Optional 2-Year Extension on Battery & Powertrain: In addition to the 8-year
manufacturer’s warranty on the battery and powertrain, customers can opt for a 2-year
extended warranty (for a total of 10 years), also available at an additional cost.
Key Conditions:
1. The optional extended warranties must be purchased within 5 years from the original vehicle purchase date.
2. Extended warranties cover only the specific parts and components detailed in the warranty policy. Items such as regular wear-and-tear parts (e.g., tires, brake pads) are not included.
3. Any modifications or use of non-XPENG-approved parts may void the warranty.
4. Warranty claims must be processed through authorized XPENG service centres only.
5. Terms and availability of extended warranties may vary based on location and are subject to change without prior notice.
Exclusions:
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of regular maintenance is not covered.
• Any repair or modification done by non-authorized service providers may invalidate the warranty.
