XPENG G6 Exclusive Offer

These Terms and Conditions apply to the XPENG Australia Special Offer, where eligible customers can receive a complimentary 10-year extended warranty and the first service. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

- The promotion is valid from orders placed between 8 November, 2024 to 31 January, 2025. (the "Promotion Period").

- XPENG Australia reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its discretion.

2. Eligibility

- This offer is available only to customers who:

- Are residents of Australia.

- Purchase a new XPENG G6 from an authorised XPENG dealership in Australia during the Promotion Period.

- Fleet, corporate, and government customers are excluded from this promotion.

- Pre-owned vehicles or vehicles purchased outside of Australia are not eligible.

3. Offer Details

- Extended Warranty: Eligible customers will receive a complimentary extended warranty for up to 10 years, which includes:

- A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.

- An 8-year manufacturer’s warranty on the battery with an optional 2-year extension, totalling 10 years for battery parts valued at $1,990

- First-Year Complimentary Servicing: Eligible customers will enjoy a complimentary standard service valued at $238, redeemable within the first year of delivery at any of our trusted service partners or XPENG dealers.

4. Warranty Terms and Conditions

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years from the date of delivery.

- This extended warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, and cosmetic damage.

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

- All warranty work must be performed by an authorised XPENG service centre in Australia.

5. Servicing Terms and Conditions

- The complimentary first-year service covers standard maintenance as recommended by XPENG Australia.

- Any additional repairs, parts, or services outside of standard maintenance may incur additional charges.

- This offer does not include consumables, such as tyres and windshield wipers, unless these are covered under the warranty terms.

6. Transferability

- The extended warranty and first-year complimentary servicing are tied to the vehicle and may be transferred to a new owner if the vehicle is sold within the warranty period.

- To transfer the warranty, the new owner must notify XPENG Australia within 30 days of the transfer and provide relevant ownership documentation.

7. General Conditions

- XPENG Australia reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

- The offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
