These Terms and Conditions apply to the XPENG Australia 10 Year Extended Warranty Offer, where eligible customers can receive a complimentary 10-year extended warranty. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
- The promotion is valid from orders placed between 1 February, 2025 to 30 June, 2025. (the “Promotion Period”).
- XPENG Australia reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its discretion.
2. Eligibility
- This offer is available only to customers who:
- Are residents of Australia.
- Purchase a new XPENG G6 from an authorised XPENG dealership in Australia during the Promotion Period.
- Fleet, corporate, and government customers are excluded from this promotion.
- Pre-owned vehicles or vehicles purchased outside of Australia are not eligible.
3. Offer Details
- Extended Warranty: Eligible customers will receive a complimentary extended warranty for up to 10 years, which includes:
- A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- An additional 5-year extended warranty on car parts at no extra cost. Valued at $2,990.
- An 8-year manufacturer’s warranty on the battery with an optional 2-year extension, totalling 10 years for battery parts valued at $1,990.
4. Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years from the date of delivery.
- This extended warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, and cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
- All warranty work must be performed by an authorised XPENG service centre in Australia.
5. Transferability
- The extended warranty is tied to the vehicle and may be transferred to a new owner if the vehicle is sold within the warranty period.
- To transfer the warranty, the new owner must notify XPENG Australia within 30 days of the transfer and provide relevant ownership documentation.
6. General Conditions
- XPENG Australia reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
